Welcome to Oma Electrolysis, where we provide permanent hair removal services that are designed to help you achieve and maintain a smooth, hair-free skin.
Punctuality
We understand that punctuality is key to providing a high-quality service, which is why we ask clients to arrive on time for their appointments. If a client is late to their appointment, they will not be guaranteed the full-time frame that was scheduled, however the fee will remain the full amount.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling
We value our clients and appreciate their time, which is why we offer flexible scheduling and reminders via text or email. If for any reason you need to reschedule, please give us a 24-hour notice so that we may accommodate other clients.
Due to the high demand for our services, we have a cancellation policy in place: if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a 50% fee. Additionally, if you no-show/same day cancellation to your appointment, you will be charged the FULL price of the service. Your balance must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments.

Pregnancy
Please note that although electrolysis during pregnancy poses no known risks, we do require a signed physician’s note to perform electrolysis on any pregnant women.
Moles
Hairy moles require a signed physician's note, as we take our clients' health very seriously: moles can be signs of underlying health concerns, which may need to be checked out by a professional.
First appointment / consultation
For the best results during your first appointment or consultation, please allow 2-3 days of hair growth. The hair should be at least a quarter of an inch in length to ensure a successful electrolysis session. Thank you!
